We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help.
To be eligible for a return, please ensure that your item meets the following conditions:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
You have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return. If this time has passed, we unfortunately cannot accept your return.
How to initiate a return:
Please send an email to picnic-thud8g@icloud.com to obtain the return address and further instructions. Do not send items back without first contacting us, as they may not be accepted.
Refunds:
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within 7-14 days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
